Terms of Service

By using FamNest you agree to these terms. They’re written plainly because lawyer-speak doesn’t help anyone.

Who can use FamNest

You must be 16 or older. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure — don’t share your password.

What FamNest is — and isn’t

FamNest provides AI-generated wellness coaching suggestions based on the data you share. It is:

• A self-care tool, not a medical service.
• Not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or professional advice.
• Not for use in emergencies. If you or someone you care for is in danger, contact emergency services.

Subscriptions and payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Flutterwave.
• You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We don’t offer refunds for partial periods, but if something’s wrong, email us — we’re reasonable.
• Prices may change. If they do for your plan, we’ll email you at least 30 days before any change to your billing.

Content you create

Your check-ins, goals, and journal entries belong to you. We store them only to provide the service. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve FamNest, but never identifiable content for marketing.

Acceptable use

Don’t use FamNest to abuse, harass, or harm anyone. Don’t attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

FamNest is provided “as is.” We do our best, but we can’t guarantee the service is always available or that AI-generated suggestions are perfect. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we change anything material, we’ll email you. Continuing to use FamNest after a change means you accept the new terms.
